Finally a pillow I Love. It's ridiculous how difficult it can be to find a pillow these days. With too many options how do you know where to start?
1. Sleep position really hasn't been a problem with ANY of these brands. So it really didn't matter.
2.What matters is the filling.It makes it more customized to you and your needs.
Whether you pick memory foam or down alternative cotton.
Sleepgram- A pillow within a pillow design
Red tab- medium
Blue tab-soft
Blue and Red together make- medium firm
I found the blue and red put together was the best fit for my comfort and support level.
