This is a short pre bedtime routine to help you relax for better sleep. Sleep is such an important part of our life and sometimes it can elude us for a variety of reasons. If tension is playing a part in your life like I know it does in mine sometimes a pre bed routine can save the night! Give it a try. Let me know how it works for you.
