I live with autophobia, the fear of being alone, and hypochondria, the fear of having illnesses. I constantly worry that something medical will happen when I'm by myself. As a result, I struggle with things like driving alone or being at home without feeling overwhelming anxiety. But I’m working on overcoming these fears through exposure therapy.
