Cheese Puto Mai
Ingredients
250 grams All purpose flour
2 cups water
2 tbsp baking powder
200 grams sugar
55 grams Bravo Margarine or Arla Butter
250 grams ground pork
1/4 cup singkamas
1/4 cup onions
2 tbsp spring onions
30 grams cornstarch ( 1/4 cup)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Arla Shredded Cheddar
Procedure
1 Mix all ingredients for Siomai filling.
2 Make small balls and steam for 15 min.
3 Mix all ingredients for Puto. Pour into each puto mold and place a siomai inside
4 Steam for 10 minutes , add arla Shredded Cheddar and Green onions.
5 Steam until nice and melted.
