TOMATO RICE :
Ingredients:
Oil - 4 tbsp
cinnamon sticks - 2 inches
cloves - 2
cardamom - 2
bay leaf - 2
big onions - 2
corriander Leaves - one handful
mint leaves - one handful
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
tomatoes - 5
rice - 3 cups
chilly powder - 1 TSP
garam masala - 1/4 TSP
salt - as required
