We’re a family living in Russia — and we’re absolutely in love with Filipino food!
Today my mom cooked a delicious Pancit Sotanghon with glass noodles (mung bean noodles).
We’re huge fans of Pancit — we’ve made Pancit Canton and Pancit Bihon before, but this version turned out especially sarap!
Eating Filipino food in Russia feels extra special — and we’re getting better and better at cooking it!
Also, cute little squirrels visited our pine trees, and I caught them on video too 🐿️🌲
