Highlights from the Great Southern Steam-Up held in Gembrook, Victoria in November 2024 – indoor running of live steam Gauge 1, G-Scale and 16 mm garden railway trains. Be sure to catch the quad-headed NA-class train at the end!

Rails in the Garden are a group based in NSW, Australia that meet regularly to run our live steam and battery-electric trains on 32mm and 45mm gauge tracks at events held in member's gardens and at regular indoor exhibition events. We cater to all the common garden scales including Gauge 1, 16 mm, G-scale and 7/8ths scale.
We produce our own quarterly Australian magazine devoted to the garden railway hobby and subscription enquires are welcomed by e-mail: [email protected].
