What does it really take to be a good leader today? In this panel discussion, local leaders and experts break down the big questions. They talk about why so many people (especially women) feel like “imposters” in powerful jobs, and how that feeling can actually make you a better leader.
This discussion happened right after a community showing of the documentary “Prime Minister,” which follows former New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern through the years of her leadership.
