Life in S-Log3: What Cameras Taught Me About Growth (Sony ZV-E10 II + JJC ND)

Today I’m testing the JJC ND filter on my Sony ZV-E10 Mark II during an evening shoot — but it turned into something deeper.
While filming next to the road (with a helicopter flying overhead, of course 😂), I started thinking about how shooting on auto settings vs. manual mode is a lot like how we approach life.
When we first start out, we depend on “auto”: routines, standard beliefs, the familiar. But eventually, we start to sense that something’s missing… and stepping into manual mode, S-Log3, or even D-LogM becomes a metaphor for taking creative control of our own lives — under God’s guidance and sovereignty.
It’s a little abstract, but I hope it resonates.
