On Janmashtami day in ISKCON temples, devotees observe fast, decorate temples, chant Hare Krishna mantra, worship Lord Krishna, and perform aarti at midnight.  Most devotees observe fast till midnight.
ISKCON Janmashtami Vrat Rules:
1;Fasting:
Devotees usually observe nirjala upvaas, which means they do not even drink water till midnight. Some also observe phalahar upvaas, which includes fruits, milk and other anukalpas (certain special foods).
2;Bhajan-Kirtan:
Chanting and singing of Hare Krishna Mahamantra continues throughout the day in the temple.
3;Abhishekam:
The idol of Lord Krishna is anointed with milk, curd, ghee, honey and fruit juices.Abhishekam:

1008 types of dishes are offered to God
5Aarti:
Maha Aarti of Lord Krishna is performed at midnight.
6;Shringar:
The Lord is adorned with new clothes and jewellery.
7;Prasad:
Prasad is distributed to the devotees.
