Learn how to add 3d text to your models with FreeCAD. In this video, you will learn how to use ShapeStrings in FreeCAD and how to use Bounding Boxes to position components of your model. This technique is perfect for designing models with 3d text you will print on any 3d printer, including printers from Prusa, Creality, Monoprice, Anet, Flashforge, and JG Maker that I have reviewed on this channel. In the video, I demonstrate how to use IdeaMaker to split apart models and print them in 2 colors.
