I know the overnight oats recipe exist for a long time, after I tried it recently, could not help myself eating it. Beside the fact that this is so healthy and help control weight , it is just simply delicious!! I definitely love how the chia seed totally turn the oats into a dessert! The chia became so sticky and density after a night with some water and sticky everything together. I love this. So I have to share it with you. Remember put more water than I am if you like it to be more smoothy , me I just like the chewy sticky feeling.... maybe you will like it too....

我知道麦片早餐真的是流行太久了。 但是我早餐总是钟情于包子油条之类的,最近才开始尝试麦片和奇亚籽的组合,完美的震惊了我。
我经常会把奇亚籽泡水喝增强肠胃动力,奇亚籽粘粘的我很喜欢。
这个早餐食谱,奇亚籽经过一宿的泡制,完全把麦片粘合在一起,吃起来嚼劲十足,快要变成一道甜点的感觉了。 这个食谱又健康又减肥,最重要的对于我来收还是:美味。 我喜欢这样很有嚼劲的感觉,所以没有加过多的水或牛奶, 如果你喜欢滑顺的口感,那就再加一点牛奶吧。 试试这个真的不错~

Recipe 食谱:
1) Peanut Butter Banana Flavour香蕉花生酱口味:
oats 50g / 燕麦50克
chia seed 10g / 奇亚籽10克
peanut butter 1 tablespoon / 花生酱1大匙
water 100ml / 水100毫升
greek yogurt 3 table spoon / 浓酸奶 3大匙
maple syrup or honey 1 tea spoon / 枫糖浆 1小匙
1/2 bananan / 半根香蕉
some corn flakes / 一些玉米脆片

2) Matcha Blueberry Flavour / 抹茶蓝莓口味
oats 50g / 燕麦50克
chia seed 10g / 奇亚籽10克
matcha powder 1 tablespoon / 抹茶粉1大匙
water 100ml / 水100毫升
greek yogurt 3 table spoon / 浓酸奶 3大匙
maple syrup or honey 1 tea spoon / 枫糖浆 1小匙
some blueberry / 一些蓝莓
some corn flakes / 一些玉米脆片
