Local kukhura ko jhol Recipe

Ingredients
local chicken 1/2 kg
oil 50 ml
tomato 1 pcs
onion 1 pcs
fresh coriander 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
bay leaves 2 pcs
clove 3 pcs
cardamom 3 pcs
black pepper 3 pcs
cinnamon stick 2 pcs half inch
turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1\2 tsp
salt as per taste
