I suggest you prepare a delicious appetizer FORSHMAK! It is prepared very quickly and simply. Delicate, hearty and delicious forshmak! First you need to clean 700g of herring (better than barrel!) Cut the herring into small pieces. Finely chop 1 onion (60g). Put 20g of butter in a dry frying pan.
Add chopped onion to the pan. Fry the onion until soft yellow. Transfer the fried onion to a plate. Cut 2 eggs into medium pieces. Place herring, eggs, fried onion, 70g butter in a blender bowl. Blend the ingredients in a blender (in two batches)
Add lemon juice (1 tablespoon) to the minced meat - mix. Spread with the spread on fresh or dried bread. Garnish with green onions. IT'S UNREALLY DELICIOUS!
