Who/What is Hermiatus Reborn: the New Genestealer Cults Character in Warhammer 40,000?

On the planet of Necromunda in the 41st millennium, Hive Secundus has revealed a new genestealer cults character. Tech-Priest Biologis Hermiatus is reborn as the second son of the malstrain genestealer cults. He will come out soon, probably in forgeworld resin to be played in the 40k spin off Necromunda and its expansion Hive Secundus.
But in Warhammer 40,000 this is a great model to lead your Bladed Cog Genestealer Cult or the Cult of the Twisted Helix... unless you wanted your Adeptus mechanicus to be more radical...
