Good morning, distinguished guests, esteemed educators, visionary leaders, and most importantly, the brilliant students gathered here today.

It is with immense joy and pride that I welcome you to the Royal Castle Global Edutainment Conference—ROCAGEC 2025—here in the vibrant heart of the Philippines.

As I look around this room, I am filled with hope and inspiration. For within these walls sit the architects of tomorrow—the minds that will shape our world, redefine our future, and lead us into a new era of innovation and unity.

This gathering is more than a conference; it is a testament to the boundless potential that resides within each of you. It is a celebration of knowledge, creativity, and the unyielding spirit of youth that knows no borders.
I must specifically celebrate the Mayor of Cavinti, Hon. Arrantlee R. Arroyo, for being an exceptional host. You have not only opened your doors to foreign Nationals but have also raised the bar for what hospitality and leadership mean.

The Philippines, long known as a beacon of cultural richness, hospitality and global contributions, has today reasserted its place as a gateway to global education and transformative learning.

On behalf of the Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I bring you the gratitude of a proud nation.
