"Cultural Event 2025: Inside the Experiences of International Students in Indonesia"

Today’s video is something different but very important. I had the chance to attend the International Cultural & Academic Competition 2025 hosted by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. It brought together students from different countries and universities across Indonesia — and they represented their cultures through food, dance, poetry, clothing, and so much more!
I didn’t just enjoy the show — I spoke with these international students, many of whom are awardees of the KNB scholarship, university scholarships, and the Darmasiswa program. We talked about their experiences, what they’ve learned, the food they shared, and their life as foreign students in Indonesia.
Some of them even recognized me from this YouTube channel and thanked me for helping them win their scholarships — honestly, that moment touched my heart deeply.

Also, quick update: the SUMMIT SCHOLARSHIP results will be released before the end of this month — so stay tuned if you applied! And shoutout to all BIPA UMM students — today is your closing ceremony! Darmasiswa students will return to their countries, and the rest will start a new semester soon after the break.
