How can I make 1million G in Stardew, but only winter?

It's going to be a tough start in Everwinter Farm for the Walrus, as it will never shift out of the Winter Season. Only Powdermelons and the forageables will grow, and I can't make the forage seeds as I've not got the skill yet!
I have 3 goals:
1) Make 1,000,000 G
2) Have 1,000,000 in liquid assets
3) Complete the Community Centre
