Canning Beets At Home, Set-By-Step! An EASY Way to Preserve Beets!

Canning beets is easy! If you grow a lot of beets like I do or if you prefer buying your beets at the farmer's market during the season and preserving them, this is a great way to do that.
I like canning my beets plain so later I can use them however I want and season them however I want. We have to use the pressure canner when canning beets since they are low in acid but it's not a hard or complicated process. In this video, I show you how to can beets step by step.
