Ingredients
For the cake
2 packs of phyllo dough sheet 400g
2 oranges
Orange zest, of 3 oranges
250g granulated sugar
250g Sunflower oil
250g milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
For the syrup
700g granulated sugar
500ml water
300ml orange juice (we got this from the 5 oranges )
