"Save the Best for Last" was an extremely popular (and arguably problematic) perk before it got a major nerf. Since this change, its usage has dropped very significantly but it also seems that Survivors are now even less prepared to deal with it than before...
On Doctor specifically, we're also running the perk "Rapid Brutality" since it also helps you catch up to Survivors sooner after a hit. Keep in mind that since Doctor loses bloodlust build-up when he shocks, the downside of not having bloodlust is not too bad at all.
