Antonblast Changed My Mind...

When I first started playing Antonblast.. my impressions were… mixed. Anton himself feels fun to control sure, he’s weighty.. packs a punch.. blasts through obstacles, and brings a ton of spectacle to everything he’s doing. But at the same time.. I felt like the levels were… holding me back. The first one in particular felt cramped considering the moveset, like I was starting and stopping on random things all the time.
Yet as I played Antonblast more and more I realized that a lot of the worry I had in my first impressions slowly melted away, and what was left in it’s place was strong praise for it’s great platforming, and amazing 90’s cartoon inspired art direction.
It’s often best not to take someone too seriously when they’re throwing a tantrum, but I advise you do the exact opposite.. for Antonblast.
