American English DROPPED Syllables #2: ER Vowel to R Consonant Shift - Sound like a Native!

Today you'll learn how to change from the ER vowel sound to the R consonant sound in order to drop a syllable! This kind of change might surprise you, but these are actually really common. We'll also see a couple of special cases toward the end.
