CPR for Cables - Made Simple - Module 3 (Construciton Products Regulation)

Most cables designed for permanent installation within domestic, residential and commercial buildings are subject to the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), covered by BS EN 50575. This is a legal requirement so it's important you understand how to stay compliant.

Following on from module 2, this module covers the Euroclasses Cca and Dca and the more stringent tests carried out to meet these Euroclasses. Cca and Dca also require the inclusion of sub-classifcations relating to the generation of smoke (s), flaming droplets (d) and acid gases (a) so are just as important to understand.
