Every Body Will Die - An Original Card Game - Introduction and Game Play

Every Body Will Die is an original strategic card game created by Luminathan Games and published through The Game Crafter (https://www.thegamecrafter.com). Each player acts as the unseen Guardian to a fictional Ward, intervening to keep that chosen Ward alive by guiding their fate and choices... and playing Death to their opponents' Wards, to ensure that their own Ward lives the longest. This video introduces the game, explains its core rules, and gives a short demonstration of game play. Inspired by the morbid styles of Victorian England and modern-day Goth culture, Every Body Will Die dwells not only on death as a constant danger, but as a challenge to be overcome as long as possible. Choosing what Causes of Death and Curses to level on opponents' Wards and using Remedies and Blessings on your own Ward, when available, will increase their chances of outliving the competition. Strategic use of Traits - attributes gained by Wards as they grow up - is also required for long-term survival. To end the game and determine a winner, every Ward must die... but players all continue as Death until the very last Ward is deceased.
