Welcome back to ProGuitarShop.com, we're taking a trip to Waveland, courtesy of Alexander Pedals. The Waveland is a full-featured multi-modulation machine, featuring three main types of modulation with full tweakability. The middle toggle switch changes the modulation type of the Waveland, with modes for Tremolo, Chorus and Phaser. While the Rate, Depth and Mix knobs govern all three modes, the Tweak knob acts as a different control in each mode. In Tremolo mode, the Tweak knob changes wave shape. When using Chorus mode, the Tweak knob controls the number of voices present, from a single voice to an unbelievable thick eight voices. In Phaser mode, the Tweak knob sets the feedback for gooey '70s tones. The Rate/Ramp switch sets the Waveland apart, allowing users to pre-set two different speeds, and then control the rate at which one speed morphs to the other. Hold the Rate/Ramp switch to select one of four ramp speeds, from instantaneous to slow and gradual. Like all Alexander pedals, the Waveland is precision engineered and built one at a time in North Carolina, USA.
