2003 Toyota Rav4, CAT NOT READY, Problem Solved! Catalyst Replacement

After replacing the thermostat, I solved P0128.
• 2003 Toyota Rav4, Check Engine Lamp, Code ...
But I never got CAT ready. Then, I got P0420/P0430.
First I replaced A/F sensors and O2 sensors.

I drove over 600 miles, trying many kinds of drive cycles.
But CAT never got ready. Then, I got a pending code of P0171.
I noticed the long term fuel trim on the bank 1 was too high, so
I decided to clean MAF, didn't help. I bought a new MAF.

The new MAF helped to decrease the bank 1 fuel trim
a little bit, but the CAT never got ready even after 230 miles

In this 230 miles of driving, I didn't have P0420/P0430
pending codes.
Since my registration due was approaching, I decided to pay
for the catalytic converter. In California, I needed to buy
a super expensive C.A.R.B compliant one. But finally,
this fixed the problem of CAT NOT READY.
