Coming out of Covid, the Alberta government wanted to help employers reduce their turnover rate, increase retention, and support their business through this challenging time. Lifemark developed an employer services program called Talent In-Sight which helps employer meet their recruitment needs by finding suitable job seekers who meet their job requirements. Our program also helps them create appealing job postings to attract suitable candidates to apply. Additionally, Lifemark has a variety of programs that help unemployed and underemployed job seekers find employment by updating their resumes, identify transferrable skills, and upgrade their employment skills to make them ready to secure employment.
