Irish Railway's Engineering trains 2019 Part 5, October - December

The fifth part of Irish Rail Permanent Way trains 2019, this will likely be the second last part as we near the end of 2019. Featured in this video are, CWR Train, HOBS Train & Sperry Train.

0:00 - 0:49, Thursday the 17th October 2019, Here we see 071 class loco number 083 passing Ossory Road with a Portlaoise - North Wall CWR Train.

0:49 - 1:35, Sunday the 20th October 2019, in the very early hours of Sunday morning we see 083 passing Portmarnock with a North Wall - Drogheda CWR Train.

1:35 - 2:58, Friday 25th October 2019, A very nice treat that day! just a pity the weather was miserable, here we see retro 071 class loco number 073 passing South Circular Road with a Portlaoise - Heuston Sperry Train.

2:58 - 5:12, Having run round at Islandbridge Junction we see retro 073 departing with a Heuston - Portlaoise Sperry Train.

5:12 - 6:29, Saturday 26th October 2019, here we see 083 passing Howth Junction with a Drogheda - North Wall CWR Train.


6:29 - 8:23, Friday 1st November 2019, here we see 083 passing Claude Road in Drumcondra with a Portlaoise - North Wall Sperry Train.

8:23 - 8:59, Monday 4th November 2019, here we see 075 passing Ossory Road with a Portarlington - North Wall HOBS Train.

8:59 - 10:05, Later that night we see 075 passing Grand Canal Dock with the North Wall - Greystones HOBS Train.

10:05 - 11:11, Wednesday 6th November 2019, here we see 076 passing through Pearse Station with a North Wall - Greystones HOBS Train.

11:11 - 12:19, Thursday 7th November 2019, here we see 083 passing Malahide with a North Wall - Newry Sperry Train.

12:19 - 13:18, Next we see 083 and the Sperry again this time passing Balbriggan as it prepares to cross the border into County Meath.

13:18 - 14:18, Next we see 083 passing Rathdrumin in County Louth with the Sperry train as it continues onwards to Newry.

14:18 - 14:53, Next we see the Sperry again this time passing Whiterath in County Louth as it makes it's way towards Dundalk.

14:53 - 15:48, Next we see 083 and the Sperry passing the former station of Adavoyle in County Armagh.

15:48 - 17:12, Next we see 083 and the Sperry passing Railway Road, Killeavy in Newry as it makes it way to Newry Station.

17:12 - 18:38, After running round in Newry 083 departs with the Newry - Dundalk Sperry Train.

18:38 - 19:30, Later that night we head to Booterstown where we see 076 passing with the North Wall - Greystones HOBS Train.

19:30 - 20:30, Friday 8th November 2019, here we see 083 passing the former Smythfield Avenue next to the present day Ossory Road with the Dundalk - North Wall Sperry Train.

20:30 - 22:12, Later that night we head to Sydney Parade where we see 076 passing with the North Wall - Greystones HOBS Train.

22:12 - 22:50, Tuesday 26th November 2019, having ran to Rosslare the previous day we see 083 passing Ferrycarraig just outside Wexford town with the Wexford - Heuston Sperry Train.

22:50 - 23:38, Next we head to the former station of Camolin in County Wexford where we see 083 passing with the Sperry Train.

23:38 - 24:32, Next we head to Wicklow Murragh where we see 083 and the Sperry Train crossing the River Vartry.

24:32 - 25:14, Really not a great shot!, next we head to Rathdown Road located outside Greystones where we see 083 passing with the Sperry Train.

25:14 - 26:42, And finally we head to Heuston Platform 10 where we see 083 passing with the Sperry, it would then reverse into Heuston Yard before continuing back to Portlaoise the next day.

26:42 - 27:30, Friday 29th November 2019, Here we see 078 passing Claude Road in Drumcondra with the North Wall - Islandbridge Junction HOBS Train.

27:30 - 28:22, Next we head to Railway Cottages located next to Serpentine Avenue crossing where we see 078 passing with the Islandbridge Junction - Greystones HOBS Train.

28:22 - 30:20, Monday 2nd December 2019, here we see 084 passing Claude Road in Drumcondra with the Mallow - North Wall HOBS Train.
