I think this is an interesting way to add an aromatic flavor to cooking, with chai tea bags! Combine 1 1/2 cups chopped dried apricots, 1 cup chopped dried cherries, 1 cup pomegranate juice, 2 cups water, small pinch salt, and 2 chai spiced tea bags in a pot. Simmer for 40 minutes or until most of the liquid is reduced.
Stir in 1 cup toasted and chopped pecans. Serve warm or at room temperature.
