Toothpick nowadays means a lot of things in the FPV hobby, loosely covering everything from ultralight 1S micros up to 4S and 6S little beasts.
The iFlight 160RS is a lightweight 4" quadcopter that comes as a DIY kit and includes everything you need, except from the receiver. I also found it as a PnP or BNF version and added it to the links below. There were no wiring diagrams (for the FC - VTx connection) in my box but I asked iFlight to include all the necessary information in the product page.
It won't blow your mind in terms of power but it is a very efficient flyer, I got around 7 minutes of fast cruising on a small 550mAh 3S.
