Join us on an amazing fishing in Jamestown RI.
Thanks Kevin Fineout for inviting me to fish with his friend Steve on his boat. We left from Warwick just after 5:00 am and headed south. It was overcast and seas were nice and calm. We started trolling as soon as we got to the fishing grounds. Sometimes both rods would get hit and we would have double hookups. Trolling is a very productive was of fishing but I'm not used to it. We were catching lot of stripers on the troll but I couldn't resist the urge to throw a few casts at the fish jumping around us. We landed 19 stripers but only one keeper. Then, we switched to bottom fishing and got some nice scup. It was a great trip.
