About Poet:
Ghani Khan was a prominent Pashtun poet, philosopher, and politician from Pakistan. He was born on November 5, 1914, in Hashtnagar, British India (now part of Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province), and passed away on March 15, 1996.

Ghani Khan was the son of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, also known as Bacha Khan or the Frontier Gandhi, who was a prominent leader in the Indian independence movement. Ghani Khan followed in his father's footsteps as a political activist and played an active role in the Khudai Khidmatgar movement, which aimed to promote nonviolence and social reform among the Pashtun community.

Although Ghani Khan was involved in politics, he is primarily remembered for his poetic contributions. He wrote poetry in Pashto, his native language, and his works are known for their philosophical and spiritual themes. Ghani Khan's poetry often explored the human condition, the relationship between humans and nature, and the struggle for freedom and justice.
