awareness shift i had about speaking in groups & being authentic

This is a short "document my process" video about an awareness shift I had with communicating in large groups vs 1:1. The perspective was that if you have patterns of people pleasing or worry about the opinions of others and how they perceive you, public speaking or speaking in front of people will be extremely difficult because there's so many different personalities to cater to. I had never looked at it that way and thought it was INTERESTING and thought I'd share. The solution is to take off the masks and to show up as yourself and authentically. Let other people's judgements be reflections of themself that they need to work through.
