125g/4.4oz Gac fruit flesh (Flesh from about 1kg/2lb of gac fruit )
1 Small onion
100g Zucchini (About 1/2 ~ 1/3 of a zucchini)
50g Bacon (About 2 strips)
50g/1.8 oz Cheese of your choice (In the video, I used cheddar cheese)
100ml/0.4 cups Milk
2 Eggs
1 Pinch of salt
Black/white pepper to taste
[Size of cupcake cups used in the video]
-Top diameter: 7cm(2.75")
-Bottom diameter: 5cm(2")
-Height: 4cm(1.6")
