Meet Caroline Nyambura a.k.a Tata Wa Murio; a healthcoach was born and raised in Gatundu, Kiambu County. She's an arts, economics, sociology and literature graduate.
She is the founder of The Help Sister Group, which she started in 2013. She founded it with a goal to help women, after surviving cervical cancer. After a surgery that led to the removal of her reproductive organs, She recovered with the aid of natural herbs under the good care of her mother.
"I developed interest in wanting to know more about the natural herbs, and enrolled for a short course due to the passion I had for helping people.
I later converted that into a business after covid-19 hit the country."
She is currently the CEO of RNB (Rejuvenating Nature Beam), a herbalist and also teaches sexual and reproductive health.
