Are you frustrated by false signals and sideways markets? This video shows how the Linear Weighted Direction strategy cuts through the noise—helping you trade with the trend instead of being whipsawed by it.

What you’ll learn:
We combine three key tools:

A 50-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) to identify the dominant trend (above = bull, below = bear).

The Linear Weighted Moving Average (LWMA) crossover, which gives faster, more responsive trend signals thanks to its heavier weight on recent prices.

The “Oracle Direction” indicator (arrows) that confirms trend direction, ensuring you only take trades when multiple signals align.

Core Buy & Sell Rules:

Buy Setup:
Price is above the 50-EMA and the 50-EMA is sloping up.
The Oracle Direction arrow points up (trend aligned).
The LWMA crossover gives a bullish arrow/crossover candle in alignment with the trend.
Enter long on the close of that candle.

Sell Setup:
Price is below the 50-EMA and the 50-EMA slopes down.
Oracle Direction arrow points down.
LWMA crossover gives a bearish arrow/crossover candle aligned with the trend.
Enter short on the close of that candle.

Risk Management Tips:
Always place a stop-loss just beyond the recent swing high/low and aim for at least a 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio.
Avoid trading this strategy when the market is choppy or moving sideways—this method works best in a clear trending environment.
