Effectively restoring nature means taking landscape-scale action, bringing people along, and working with empathy. 🤝
Joe Wilkins interviews National Trust Ranger and nature conservationist Jake Cohen in the upland commons of Abergwesyn, Mid Wales. They discuss the devastating impacts of recent wildfires on the land, the fate of curlews and where nature conservation meets farming.
Sandwich with a View is a video series where people who are passionate about nature share their stories, hopes for the future, and personal connections to the natural world - all over a sandwich in a place that is meaningful to them. Hosted by Joe Wilkins (@joe.wildlife), a Welsh ecologist and nature campaigner, the series explores the bond between people and places, and how nature inspires action.
Connection, conservation, and sandwiches. 🥪
