St. Andrew's Ringers
Lynn Boothroyd, Director
Lynn has directed the St Andrew’s Ringers for the last fifteen years. She studied music at Mt Allison University, and was a school music teacher and Church music director in both Canada and overseas. She is very involved in handbells in the city and the province including past president of the Ontario Guild of English Handbell Ringers (OGEHR) and workshop leader at Guild Festivals. Lynn truly enjoys offering her skills to help improve the quality of ringing in handbell choirs and to offer support and encouragement to new choirs. For fun Lynn also rings in a local quartet and in auditioned Festival choirs. She enjoys taking the Ringers to Festivals across Canada & in the States and to have the Ringers play locally at Interfaith gatherings, for local charities and other in other church denominations.
