We never forget that Phil's Ride started as a memorial ride for Phil Beeton who tragically had his life cut short in October 2015 and every year I've produced a video for Phil's Ride that's tries to capture the spirit of the day. There's tears, laughter, music and fun, but underneath, all the team members know why they do what they do.
I like to think this video is poignant and it causes an emotional reaction - emotional enough for others to take part and make future Phil's Rides a success to help keep the Air Ambulance flying and saving lives, like it did for Phil's nephew Jack who is alive today because of the EAAA's attendance on that fateful day in October 2015.
