This is the first of two King showtapes released in 1990, and the first King show released since the King-Combo-Birthday in 1986. Much like King III, these shows use a voice impersonator, rather than actual Elvis recordings. The voice of the King in these tapes is Frankie Cie, who I'm 99 Percent sure was an Elvis Impersonator. All of the tracks from this show and King '90 #2 would appear on Frankie Cie's album "Live"
