Mercedes-Benz has completely refreshed its electric car lineup, and at IAA Munich 2025 I finally get a first look at the new CLA EV and GLC EV. From bigger batteries, over 400 miles of real-world range, and faster charging, to the latest MBUX Superscreen and Hyperscreen interiors, these cars mark a huge step forward for Mercedes.
CLA EV as Mercedes’ new entry-level electric saloon (and estate!) - range, design updates, interior quality and tech.
GLC EV replacing the EQC: Mercedes’ most important SUV with air suspension, rear-wheel steering and the massive Hyperscreen as a direct competitor to the BMW iX3.
