Harry è stato un intenso ciclone mediterraneo (una perturbazione molto profonda con caratteristiche di mareggiata eccezionale) che ha colpito il Sud Italia, in particolare Sicilia, Calabria e Sardegna.
La tempesta non è stata un uragano “vero” come quelli tropicali, ma una perturbazione estremamente forte e ben strutturata per il Mediterraneo, con mareggiate eccezionali che hanno trasformato il mare in una forza distruttiva sulle coste come quella di Cala Gonone.

Harry was an intense Mediterranean cyclone (a very deep storm with exceptional storm surge characteristics) that struck southern Italy, particularly Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia.
The storm was not a "true" hurricane like a tropical storm, but an extremely strong and well-structured storm surge for the Mediterranean, with exceptional storm surges that transformed the sea into a destructive force on coasts like Cala Gonone.
