Never put a stent in myocardial bridge, you could die as a result. 1) The stent could break under compression, 2) it makes the artery impossible to unroof later, and 3) it sandwiches the artery wall between the bridge muscle band and the stent, increasing pressure on the artery will which can wear it away.
Bypasses for myocardial bridges often fail due to competitive flow from the original bridged artery. The bypass artery can shrivel up and lose all flow, leaving you stuck with the same myocardial bridge and in need of a second heart surgery for unroofing.
