Explanation of some of the AUs(Again):
Son of Satan/Demon AU - Jake’s father made a deal with the devil so his wife could have kids. The devil told him there would be consequences, but he didn’t care at the time. He later found out that the devil took his father’s soul, gave his son (Jake) powers making him a demon, and made him a mediator between humans and the devil himself. When he went to bargain with the devil, he told him that they were the consequences of the deal.

Rumor AU - Jake has the ability to create rumors. However, these rumors are always true. When he says, “Rumor has it,” or “I heard a rumor,” it always comes true. (Sound familiar)

Power AU - When Jake was young, his parents were in debt. So a scientist reached out to them and offered them money; in exchange, they became his lab rats for a serum. They agreed to the deal. The serum ended up working, and they got the money. Later, Milo was born. When Jake was sixteen, he was offered the same deal as his parents, but he refused. After the events of episode nine, Jake’s cousin reminds him of the deal, and seeing he had nothing else to lose, he took the deal. (I’ll do a post explaining all his powers)

Obsessed with Hailey AU - Jake has a disease. If he truly falls in love with someone, he becomes obsessed with them and will do anything they ask in order to make sure they won’t leave them. After he joins the music club, he finds out why Hailey let him join, and he starts becoming obsessed with her. So to make sure she doesn’t think he is weird and leaves him, he takes her to his house and has his parents explain his condition.

Famous Twin Brothers AU - Jake’s older twin brothers are famous singers. He often sings with them in disguise so nobody knows it’s him, and he can live a normal high school life. After the events of episode nine, his brothers come and pick Jake up after school to try and cheer him up by singing a song they made together. Everyone sees this happen, and word starts to get around.

Genie AU - Jake’s family has both a blessing and a curse. They have unlimited power, but they are bound to do whatever the holder of their lamps, who is also their soulmate wants. They can’t lie to their soulmate, either. They find their soulmate through a special ritual, their lamps are created, and their soulmate is found.
