However, we can't ignore our own psychology, bad habits, communication skills, self improvement and overall personal development within the relationship as well.

A lot of love advice for women overlooks the self-development side of what attracted you to this person and this relationship dynamic and jumps right to giving you tactics to deal with the problem in its current form.

If you're in a codependent dynamic, for example, there's going to be growth and reflection within yourself needed if you want your love life to improve.

Again that's just an example, but the greater point here is that there's tremendous benefit to understanding how we fit into the overall dynamic and what parts of relationships problems we unknowingly contribute to, so we can choose a better path.
