Sonic Origins is Still Not Finished

Sonic Origins Plus is here with an assortment of fixes and additions to the game, making it an improvement from before. But does it reach the status of being the definitive collection?
Corrections:
The other games have bonus options similar to Sonic 1, but they're hidden and have to be revealed by pressing the sound test (equally inconsistent but still needed correcting)
I said Super forms were activated in Sonic 2 by pressing up on the d-pad with Y/Triangle but this is not true, all games do it with just Y/Triangle
You can back out of the level select in Sonic 1 and 2, but you have to press start on the sound test (again, equally inconsistent since Sonic 3 lets you press B/Circle)
The "I'm outta here" animation exists in classic mode, but not the voice line
The "Surprise" tab gives a cheat code menu once you complete all the missions which is super cool. (Still nothing to spend coins on, though)
