On this episode we are exploring one of the busiest, most instagrammable tourist locations in istanbul: Galata! Galata has existed throughout the History and it's operated as a Business & Trading Center. The iconic Galata Tower itself is a 1000+ years old structure built by the Byzantines. Today it's one of the most visited tourist site with a restaurant on the top with a balcony to have a panaromic view of istanbul. However we will show you only the area around it in this video including the historic Barnathan Apartment which is operating as a Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe today. And dining on the terrace gives you a super cool feeling with the closer view of Galata tower and the Bosphorus strait in the distance.
