This is intended as a kind of self-contained rather basic tutorial about how to use the Manchu ring for bows of different draw weights. The different pieces of knowledge presented are gathered from various online sources (e.g., the Traditional Manchu Archery Group on Facebook) and lots of trial and error. I am a self-trained archer and I do not claim that this is the right or only way to use the Manchu ring. The main purpose of this video is to give people interested in the Manchu ring but not having much experience with it yet some basic ideas about how it can be used. I am still in the process of learning and improving and am happy for all kinds of comments or suggestions.
