This method ensures that only 2 players have to adjust for both versions of the non-Simple patterns, instead having the MT/OT adjust for one or the other or having multiple DPS adjust. It also keeps the MT at north by the end of the mechanic. Outside of the 2 adjusting, it's braindead and static all the way through.

The flex DPS can be any DPS -- the flex and OT just need to know to swap places and move accordingly.
